Follow these easy steps to apply for installment products through the SIMASRIM app.

What is SIMASRIM Installment Product?

Installment Product is a feature in SIMASRIM that allows agents to apply for business devices with an installment scheme. Applications are made directly through the SIMASRIM app and the process is monitored by the CS team.

Follow these 5 steps to apply for your installment product.

Installment Application Process

Request in App

Open the SIMASRIM app, go to Sidebar → Installment Products → Product Catalog. Select the desired product and submit your request.

CS Checks Transactions

The SIMASRIM CS team will review your account transaction history to verify eligibility for the installment application.

CS Confirmation

If you meet the requirements, CS will contact you to confirm that your installment application has been approved.

Device Application & Activation

The device application process is carried out. If the device needs to be system-activated, the technical team will assist with the activation process.

Delivery

The device is shipped to your address. Make sure your address data in SIMASRIM account is correct and complete.

Installment FAQs

The main requirement is that you are registered as an active SIMASRIM Agent with a qualifying transaction history. The CS team will verify after you submit your request.

CS verification usually takes 1-3 business days. If approved, delivery is carried out according to the operational schedule.
